Murray Spear - Schlomo Metzenbaum (Music student)
18 years of age Murray is returning for his second production with Stage Experience after playing the part of Zeke in High School Musical. As part of the Gloucestershire Youth Players Murray has performed at the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Dell Theatre, playing the part of Philostrate/Mustardseed in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Since the age of thirteen Murray has been wracked with ill health but this lead to the discovery of his love of acting, singing and dancing as well as a boost in confidence.
Murray has been a part of many school productions over the last few years; helping backstage with The Merry Wives of Windsor, being part of the chorus in Godspell, co-directing Paint Your Wagon and starring as a Cossack and a Papa in Fiddler on the Roof.
Murray had never played the violin before being given his part in FAME but felt he wanted to be able to play some things himself to make up for his atrocious dancing....
