Duty of care

We have a responsibility for a Duty of Care to the people we work with.   We maintain the following standards to make sure that top quality care is provided at all times.

• Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) Checks - all of the adults who work with young people at Stage Experience are CRB checked and cleared
  
  
• Chaperones – we ensure that sufficient adults with Chaperone Licences supervise young people at all times, both during shows and the rehearsal period before the show. This extends to ensuring that our young performers are collected and go home with their designated parent, guardian or carer.
  
  
• First Aiders – we keep a first aid box on site and have access to a qualified first aider should any accidents occur in workshops, rehearsals and during performances
